Monthly Newsletter
April 2021
Dear Friends,
Our ongoing virtual community gatherings begin again this week and will continue into next month. So far, we have talked about the overall mission of Polestar and the vision of the New Polestar Village in Colorado, learned about the history of Happy Heart Farm, and explored possibilities for the future role of the farm and garden there. This coming Sunday, April 11th, at 4PM PDT, we will tackle perhaps the most difficult topic of all: human relations! How do we govern ourselves, resolve conflicts, make group decisions, and simply just get along with each other?! Each meeting will include inspiration, an amusing story, music and breakout rooms for discussion & sharing – we hope you can join us!
In other Polestar news, Mark your calendars for our annual family campout at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado, the weekend of Sept. 17 – 19th. Details on the way; save the date!

“Just as sound may be caged in the mouth but when uttered travels all over the universe, ever expanding spherically in all directions, so the soul, caged in the body, when resurrected into the ether by right meditation, forgets the confinement of the little body and expands with the cosmic vibration into the Eternal Omnipresence.” – Paramhansa Yogananda
“This grand show is eternal. It is always sunrise somewhere; the dew is never all dried at once; a shower is forever falling; vapor is ever rising. Eternal sunrise, eternal sunset, eternal dawn and gloaming, on sea and continents and islands, each in its turn, as the round earth rolls.” -John Muir
We celebrated Easter with sacred music, egg decorating, group sharing & a bountiful potluck. We hope you all had a fun-filled, awe-inspiring Easter weekend full of Spring’s promise of rebirth and growth! Sending blessings, joy and love your way!
